Fotografie zum Hören is currently published exclusively in German. The podcast is personal and narrative in nature. To express thoughts, experiences, and nuances with precision, I consciously chose to work in my native language. The visual work remains at the center – language serves as its direct extension.
We follow the traces of photographic journeys and encounters. It is about seeing, about being on the move, and about the people, places, and landscapes that turn into images — and sometimes into something that lingers beyond them. Each episode tells the story of a journey that is more than a geographical route: an inner record shaped by light, time, and memory. We speak about what photography means at its core — beyond the tool of the camera, and about one’s personal relationship and attitude toward the image.
Fotografie zum Hören erscheint zunächst ausschließlich in deutscher Sprache. Der Podcast ist persönlich und erzählerisch angelegt. Um Gedanken, Erfahrungen und Nuancen präzise ausdrücken zu können, habe ich mich bewusst für meine Muttersprache entschieden. Die visuelle Arbeit steht im Mittelpunkt – die Sprache dient als unmittelbare Erweiterung davon.
Wir begeben uns auf Spuren fotografischer Reisen und Begegnungen. Es geht um das Sehen, das Unterwegssein und die Menschen, Orte und Landschaften, die zu Bildern werden – und manchmal zu etwas, das darüber hinaus bleibt. Jede Episode erzählt von einer Reise, die mehr ist als ein geografischer Weg: ein inneres Protokoll aus Licht, Zeit und Erinnerung. Wir sprechen über das, was Fotografie im Kern bedeutet – jenseits des Werkzeugs Kamera, über die persönliche Haltung zum eigenen Bild.
